Art theif, Stalker, Harrasser

Today I tell you something new PPL of DA.
Warning people of DA we have an online art thief who's starting again to trick people into giving him their art work *mainly photos and the like for his website*. ~Beware~ the guys name is james23m and if he goes to you saying you should join his website don't also he is a stalker and he harasses people if he gets their email by spamming them.

Already he has stolen much art. Harassed many others and from what I know at least stalking a few people.

This must be spread out people of DA so that we will vanquish this person from DA and be able to make our art work be ours.And also make DA a safer place for all of us.
